From the inside though it may seem to you that the amount of wealth that you have built will not support the kind of lifestyle that you want.You have 4 rental properties, and I am guessing that you don't think they don't provide you with nearly enough cash flow.

Once I started remodeling my own home it made me realize that all of my experience has built a solid base to begin this real estate investment endeavor. 

Ultimately, people come to appreciate the absolute convenience and built-in security of online accounting services. 

Convenient mountain towns with access to major transportation routes are not significantly less expensive than places on the front range. 

My wife and I are moving to a college town in Texas next year.

There were way too many homes being built or purchased on speculation.

Once you get your network built, it might actually get easy because you won't have to do marketing... your network will send you leads.Is that helpful?

Honestly, I may not have enough equity built up in the homes to get any cash out.
