Hi Matt,What sometimes do for a larger project like yours seems to be is the following: 1.I contact several general contractors that are licensed bonded and insured that are in the perceived middle range of organization size.

Anything that is electronic where you do not receive a hard copy check is best no matter what because the tracking and organization is so much better.

I've recently organized my first company, A+ Redevelopment L.L.C.

Spent a couple of hours organizing and cleaning, so I'll hit the ground running tomorrow!

Went in to the title company and they were impressed with how well organized I was.

This is what MLS listing can give you as it exposes your property to a number of realtors all over the country that have buyers who are searching for a property similar to what you are selling.Another plus factor is that if you availed of MLS listing, your property gets to appear in the website realtor.com, a site that has a very huge traffic.

They alone decided that it was not okay even though the current rules and customs were set up contrary to their beliefs.My point is just because an organization decides on a rule does not mean it's right or that I'm going to respect or follow it, and I don't think that calls my integrity into question.

Anymore I just carry them for defending myself against community organizers.
