@Benjamin TimminsThe short version is this: it used to be incredibly easy to post, manage and syndicate properties available for sale and rent using the Postlets platform.

The only way I know around this is not to take any payments through the VRBO payment process or and somehow take guest payments outside of the VRBO platform to bypass this service fee.  

They also have 5-20% cashback on certain online stores through their own shopping platform.

My original goal was to build a portfolio of dividend paying stocks as well as to invest in Fundrise and peer-to-peer lending platforms.

Once you express interest or you book a room you should be able to easily converse via message over their platform.
