The results were OK but not fantastic.A few weeks later we decided to post videos of our rehabbed units to FB and the traffic we started receiving from FB went through the roof.   

Besides using the built-in free listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, I also post the listing on Facebook Marketplace.

I know this is an old post but I just found out my PM is charging 10% for each repair/service under $500 and 5% if over $500 even for scheduled mowing.
