@Mike ReynoldsThe closest I ever came to winning like that with the Borg (Big Orange Retail Giant) was the Home Depot Seeds program, where they sent me stuff every month and I wrote reviews for it under the reviewer name "BuyerBeware22" and I got to keep the stuff.

The closest I have to 16 years is 21 years on one side and 11 years on the other   My 22 year is worth 7.5x purchase price,  my purchase from 11 years ago is 3.6x the purchase price.

Also if they have a large amount of arrears, telling them that the state financial aid may be able reduce or eliminate the arrears could be a financial motivator.

I think using the term suburbs of Worcester is just saying they aren't cities but aren't really rural.So Worcester is the "urban" center closest to these towns so they are the "Sub"-Urban areas near Worcester.I grew up in Dracut and I guess I would never have specifically called it a suburb of Lowell, but I would call say it was in the Greater Lowell Area which basically is saying it is a suburb since that was the major city.

We went to a refurbished/scratch/dent store today and I bought two brand new dishwashers (no scratches, no dents, still plastic on them) for $350 and $400 - One is a Whirlpool that I have in my home and love and the other is a Kitchen Aid (which I never would have bought retail).

@Phil Hardway We have a couple scheduled to be built here & are already seeing a increase in demand to buy properties in the neighborhoods closest to the Amazon sites.
