I'm calling Judkins Park as the highest appreciation neighborhood in Seattle in 2022.Thats a great area plus seattle fish guys is there, best poke in town.

Go fishing or something outdoors 2-3 times/month during good weather to get kids into it since they are at that age to start.

(There was no data backing up that number haha) But like many have said, I think listening to him is a good way to broaden your perspective and help you to dream bigger.

I want to be a bigger fish in the REI world, so I am tailoring my 2019 goals as such.  2018 was a great year for me because I accomplished all of my start up goals to build an inner circle of a trusted team, purchase my first project that was solely for investing, and establishing an actionable/competent/honest/helping reputation amongst local investors. 

Other than that we don't see the need to get into it, certainly not with people who are not investors themselves.Guys I fish with.............it never comes up.

Our offer is the highest price we'll pay for the house and isn't "fishing".

When you show up as a new investor to them, the agent already knows that it is not going to be a big fish property, so they are not going to make it a top priority to bend over backwards for you or a cheap house.... understandable, because I am an agent who also gets the 5-10 calls a month from people looking a cheap home for "deals".  

You will mature, grow your network, broaden your horizons and learn how to think.3) Having options in life is good.

And a fishing buddy of mine is a commercial PM in Denver and has a pretty thriving business....
