I didn't see anything too severe, at least online - but you need to get a home inspector in there.Here are two red flags that you should clear before proceeding:In MLS disclosures: "Buyer and Realtor for buyer must sign the attached "Release and Hold Harmless" Agreement and email it to the listing agent to be given the Lockbox Code."

I just want to comment, there are so many red flags and yet you're trying to make the deal work.I would pass on the property, I personally knew someone who had to lift their entire house, excavate their yard, and pour a new foundation.
