This is why some people will then offer you the money, or some of it, for you to release the Judgement.But even if you see zero money, you will have put the screws to these ladies.

What I mean here is that if you know someone in a "City X"...but that city may not have as good as numbers as "City Y"...then stick with "City X"...the city where you know people.

Regional industry - People follow business. 

With many jobs being remote these days, people have more choice in where they want to live as opposed to where they need to live.

Also, please don't use people.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.  

These forums are a great place to learn and meet people, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned investor.

It might be a good idea to look on their while you're waiting for more people to respond...if this is an immediate need.
