I imagine that you'll find both local and other / national lenders that will do it for you if you meet the criteria, but as @Nick Rutkowski said there are lots of advantages to developing a relationship with a local lender.

Assuming you actually take ownership (legally, notarized, recorded, etc) and it's actually a mortgage (notarized, recorded, etc), seller carried mortgages aren't treated substantially different than institutional mortgages.

He cannot even get to a judge until June, and then the courts will be so backed up, it could take months to get his tenants evicted.Also, my local news reported that 1 in 5 market-rate apartments are missing rents right now, and nationally it's 1 in 3.
