Hello, I'm Edward Thompson and I'm trying to find the best way to find property of motivated sellers in Los Angeles.

I basically lost a month.I know there's probably a little gray area, but is it ever right to ride it out a little, or do you always just proceed under the assumption that you won't get paid?

I don't know if it has been mentioned before, but the book "Verbal Judo" by George Thompson is a great read for anybody.

Hi @Lili Thompson,Call your local municipality's building department. 

It seems that zoning and COs have some gray areas and I've read that in some cities people are constructing new apartment complexes but calling them extended stays in order to get them past City council.

Im confused because i know there are people doing it but i dont know if they are simply using a different "Name" for it as in a gray area of the law.
