No offense taken, I understand where you are coming from, but I must stringently disagree with your assessment as an attorney who regularly appears before Courts in a litigation capacity.

Basically, your policy has to have a reason for saying no to criminal offenses, and your policy can't be more discriminatory towards one race than another.The document says that discriminating against criminals can be harder on blacks and hispanics than other races.  

You didn't ignore his concern (All this is assuming you aren't lying to us about the real facts of the case which is not unheard of so no offense to you I hope).  

Read Pauls next to last Paragraph Passing bad checks is a criminal offense , bankrupcy does not erase crimes , only debts .
