You need to monitor your plan on a regular basis and adjust on the fly.  

My name is Frank, I am 25 years old and from Southern New Jersey where I have lived almost my entire life.I currently have a job installing GPS security devices on commercial vehicles.

I am particularly interested in starting out by house-hacking, and have been monitoring the MLS in fort walton beach/destin/pensacola since day 1 of starting my job to try and familiarize myself with the market dynamics.  

The main questions that I have are as follows:What is the best way to monitor the market where I am looking to purchase (Hinesville, GA)?

This stategy requires constant monitoring of these web-sites, and "on-call " relationship with an Agent registered to submit your bids !

Owning a security company, I put an alarm and camera in the property to monitor arrival/departure time as well as a camera to view general progress.

You just make me having more confidence on my project except one big challenge.It's about cleaning, my house and work both are 100 miles away from Galveston, how can i manage and monitor the clean status of beach house, if i want some maid to help me, according some online information, the cost is never cheap.

I've also had clients get monitored alarm service, add fire suppression systems, etc that would have gotten them discounts had I known.
