The Other $2700 includes repainting the home due to what appears exterior mold since the home was not sealed properly when it was originally built and painted, replacing a faulty dishwasher, some drywall repairs, and fixing a toilet and surrounding flooring.

well dawn i was thinking if i went ahead with the single family first i probably would go the USDA loan where its 100% financed. the area i was looking fit the criteria of rural area, and i seem to qualify on what i earn working full time. what are your thoughts??

I have copies of both leases, which spell out the fact that the owner is responsible for, and therefore owns all of the appliances (range, refrigerator, over the range microwave, and dishwasher).
