Then your property manager could help you out and perhaps do a Skype tour of the property with you every few months.

I then offer contigetnt on an inspection/wall through if they accept or get close to my real maxible offer I then go and tour the property. 

To increase the value of your property (other than adding square footage), my recommendation is to really analyze (and tour if possible), what your potential comparable homes look like.

Bigger properties, it is more common to set one or two tour days.Think about from the tenant and seller perspective: if they list on the MLS, they are going to get a lot of "tire kickers", and they will want tours convenient to them.  

I don't think that there are any that have regular meetings on the weekends.You do see special events (Like a tour of rehab project maybe a convention like meeting, weekend workshop if they have a selling speaker at the meeting during the week, etc.) on the weekends some time.Not sure if the Western MA one has done anything like that.

Yes it is very possible to make money, in fact a LOT of money, but you need to learn it as a real BUSINESS, not a passtime after a rip roaring party at an extremely overpriced Bus Tour.
