I have also been hearing a decent amount about using video for advertisement. 

I watched Brandon's youtube video using the 4 square method and my CoC Return was 40.4% vs using the excel spreadsheet punching in the same numbers but coming back 10% lower.

I guess it's basically Skype technology (video and voice over the Internet).I'll check out Star2Star too.

You can also take video on your phone, but be 5000% sure that the rope or whatever you have tied to your phone won't come off... if you drop your phone into the wall, you *will* be doing some demo to get it back

If you aren't going to list an actual video, fewer photos and in some sensible order allows a prospective buyer to imagine walking through in their mind.

If you absolutely cannot get access and you feel the child is alone, at some point you're option may be to see if law enforcement can escort you into the home or bring a witness who can use a camera or smartphone to video record the entry from start to finish.
