Hi Everyone,I currently have 3 rentals in the downtown Naperville area right next to the train station and not too far from Edwards hospital.

One street over has become a major corridor road (2-3 lanes each way with dedicated turn lanes and every intersection is a light not a stop sign) and so it has commercial type properties (retail strip, gas stations, small offices ect.) 

But the Graton Indian tribe backed by Texas Station Casinos bought the 120 acres across the street for 200 million and built the larges Casino in Northern CA.. they brought all Utls in new road with a light right at my corner.

It’s the proximity to it all that is driving demand—Bergen County and GW Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel & Holland Tunnel, Congress Station & Hoboken, etc..

Maybe try to find a place close to ESU or any of the bus stations.

I'm stationed in Great Lakes, IL. 

I'd also like to meet and get to know as many of you as possible, especially if you're located in the greater Houston/College Station general Metro area.  

We also invest in Bryan/College Station where I am originally from and where my wife and I met.
