People need to understand there's a huge difference between the mobile homes (those with wheels attached, hence the name, and paneled walls) and manufactured homes (built on a permanent foundation, but pre built in a factory setting, with sheet rocked walls, and all the amenities) These days there are multi million dollar homes that are manufactured, and all types of commercial buildings with really high end finishes etc.

Accounting manages the interests held by each member.Another thought is that investors or operators need to start working together, through and to conduits that can facilitate financed transactions, thinking that no one investor is really big enough to continue with some strategies, but if they were to band together, it would change the way deals might be accomplished.Staying small is not an option. :)

I'm going to guess finding positive cash-flow properties in that area will be difficult because the housing prices are usually pretty high there, plus make sure you know exact numbers for property taxes and insurance which can be killers in FL.If you have positive numbers after all expenses, rock it out!
