Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
My wife and I have been passionate about real estate and using rentals as our retirement plan since 2007. We had a slight setback for six years, but we are rocking and rolling now! We are hoping to use SFRs as spring boards to multi-units and other passive income businesses. We will have sixty units before I am forty. We understand that we have a lot to learn though. I am considering getting my real estate sales associate license just to learn more about the other side of the deals. I love shopping for and bidding on houses so I may take a few clients in my spare time.
