As a new investor, and after learning all types of "deal" definition, the current market made me feel that either what I learned are outdated or I need to dig real hard or wait patiently till down turn to get the deals.

But, you can find safety in Greenville, Bergen-Lafayette, Heights, and even by Journal Square.  

While the apartment itself is fine, the conditions in the building are not meeting any safety or sanitation standards.

Keep in mind, there are a lot of moving parts when your company employees over 250 people so be patient and always remember, we're not just partners but FAMILY.  

I'm trying not to get disappointed because there could be any number of reasons why but I know that I have to be patient & keep moving. 

I think you have to be patient and take the time to research.
