The main thing is to have a clear vision for the property and what the city / county will be on board with as well as any surrounding neighbors as they will be brought into the conversation of any public notices / hearings and or rezoning is required.Development is a process with specific steps and order of operations so make sure you are clear on the process prior to signing any contracts.

From what I understand, since they are on a trailer, they are generally regarded as personal property like a boat, RV, passenger vehicle, or even mobile homes depending on your state.
