Does anyone know what the regulations/procedures are in Indiana for obtaining title to an abandoned mobile home that's in a park?

If they exceed that they must be put in storage and then a procedure followed to give the prior owners notice and allow them to retrieve.

You may want to consult with a lawyer since this is your first time so that you do it correctly and do not lose more time by not going through the proper procedures.
