Although the city sewer itself is pretty hassle free, it comes with being in a city and cities tend to be difficult to work with if you are running a mobile home or tiny home park.

Their coaching is not cheap, but I think the thing that separates them from the one-time seminar gurus is that they offer a series of classes designed to deepen their student's knowledge so that they end up with a well-rounded education, versus what you can get (and retain) out of a single 3-day fact-filled seminar.

I would go with "3) get a structural engineer to "stamp" it and say that it's up to code" Can you imagine what you'd be in for if someone died in an un-permitted bedroom when you have knowledge and have been notified by the city?
