Technically this wouldn't completely halt the planning if its true as we were looking to incorporate in Nevada, but, we are hoping if someone can give some insight on whether or not its absolutely essential to get that corporation started first, and if you could offer the pros and cons of holding your property under the corporation.

Big difference, selling the park is commercial and the D-F won't apply.Dealers have different restrictions as to DF search for DF related posts by Ken Rischel, he's the compliance expert here on chattel liens and parks.As to RTO, the are specifically addressed in the SAFE Act which was incorporated by DF and ARE covered transactions.

The SAFE Act was later incorporated into the Dodd-Frank Act, so it's alive and well requiring compliance.The guy you need to speak to, IMO, about MH financing is @Ken Rishel who has a compliance operation specifically for MH dealers.
