Their current leads are nothing but garbage, consumers on the dole and bogus..... in my opinion.

Theres grass 3 feet high, house looks like a mess, people are dumping garbage there, needs alil rehab.

Lower maintenance needed from owner: things like snow and garbage removal, etc. will be covered in the monthly maintenance fees.
