., the only think I would urge you to consider in your “long game” plan is to use leverage more strategically, don’t be so scared of it.

Your tax situation does not appear to be changing much for 2020 but will for 2021 and will allow you to still plan and strategize for your taxes

When you start STR you are starting a business so it is very important to think through it strategically.
