Who has used Sean Terry’s RVM lead machine and what is your opinion/feedback on the software and its effectiveness to actually generate leads and get opportunities from it.

While family and friends say that I should be satisfied, I’ve come to see that I am just another cog powering the machine for another’s wealth and success; moreover, I am replaceable.

I got a free-trial for Deal Machine as a very broke college student.

That's great, you have developed a system that works for you, my son-in-law in New York flips many properties nationwide, i guess I have  some credit to his success after taking my training in Baltimore - last conversation I had with him he had 150 properties under contract - he's created a machine that seems to be working.

Or an inspector on my personal house that said the hot and cold lines were crossed on our washing machine (they aren't).This is not to say there aren't good inspectors. 

Those who are most successful with closing seller finance deals are active investors with pretty sophisticated marketing machines to find and target those home owners that might be a good fit for seller financing.

Get the property where you want it and get your own Tennant's in and turn it into a tight little money making machine.
