Are there any Real Estate Mentors or Coaches on BP interested in connecting with a new REI? 

I was really hoping for personal mentoring + coaching/accountability from someone who is 100x ahead of me, since I’m already part of a few mastermind, but it seems like it’s more of a club and networking opportunity instead? 

I can’t emphasize enough that if you have 10K you will learn a hell of a lot more about real estate using that as a down payment on your own multi family property, instead of spending it on some seminar, “boot camp” or “coaching program”.

Many articles have stated that it might be a good decision to get a coach or a mentor.

I get it:  You work a full time job and you have kids and you're busy coaching little league or your time is better spent finding that next hot deal or you're retired and you want to travel more! 

Through his coaching we've used a SDIRA to acquire a property, a 1031 to shelter our capital gains and acquire more rentals, and he has even recently introduced me to a lender that offers better rates/terms than any other lender I've got a quote from. 

Sounds like he is being coached or he’s a professional tenant.

I coach club/college soccer.

In my state, dual agency is illegal so we'd have to revert to transaction broker which is like a referee: supposed to be impartial and not coach either team.

Well the only ones that make money on the sidelines are coaches :) Good Luck
