More than 2 hard inquiries ding you, but they usually "disappear" after 2 years.Most likely the HELOC is the one causing the biggest drop - in the past HELOC was counted in the same categories with mortgages, but nowadays it's reported as credit and counted in your credit utilization rate together with your all other credit cards.

We have 59 units and (mostly untreated) mental illness and personality disorders have (likely) been the underlying causes behind the aberrant behaviors that have prompted every single non-renewal and eviction that we've had in the last 5 years (expect for the drug dealers- who we also non-renew but they are easier to work with).
