IMO One big thing I quickly came to understand is that the individual is only but a spec of dirt on a golf ball.

I go Schlage because they use a 9V vs AAA batteries and when it’s -40*C they still actually work (mainly because use physically slides the bolt) , the AAA’s don’t when it’s that cold.

In our MLS, you can do a reverse prospecting kind of search to see Realtors who have exisitng auto searches in which match your specs.

I did this for smoke detector batteries until I switched to 10Y sealed Lithium batteries.You can also ask for evidence: "Tenant, send me a pic of the dirty filter you took out so I can see how the system is doing."

I have been looking into this more myself from a spec. building standpoint.
