However block 2 has some of the highest crime areas in the city, and neighborhoods that have a ton of abandoned homes. 10 blocks can be two different world here. 

But if it is obviously abandoned, say so in the letter.

I'm planning on wholesaling houses whether it be a foreclosure property, pre-foreclosure property, tax lien property, or less equity property where the mortgage is still due, or just an abandoned property.

Same for my uncle who has an adjoining lot next to my dad's seemingly abandoned lot.

Given the low market values, it seems the solution many landlords have chosen is to offer land contracts for the properties or abandon them altogether.

Which means your out of luck.Personally for me, I like working with abandoned properties, vacant properties, and tear downs that can be redevloped or divided.

I plan on finding another househack soon and won't be abandoning the 2-4 space just because I'm buying larger buildings.
