Unless I'm reading it wrong its just a loopnet listing. you're right i can't find the 7 million closing request.

The reason I ask is that a new prequalification letter from the lender has listed the maximum purchase price that results in a DTI ratio of 60% if I follow the above equation.

It’s been seven months since I purchased the program and have already flipped one house, my second house is getting pictures taken today (rehab is complete) and will be listed around the middle of next week.

I get all the listings everyday and all pending/sold. 

This week my community is having a meeting at a local coffee shop to get to know the neighbors.

I’ve considered the idea of shopping it out to wholesalers, or even listing it, but I went into it with the intent to rent and I’d like to see that through if the numbers make sense.

You want all your listings to reflect the management company, not the individual owners.

I have foreclosure lists and I have been doing ALOT of door knocking.

I like a having a list of forums I like the most but my inbox is getting destroyed from all the notifications that someone posted a new thread.What I would love to do is turn off email notifications for certain followed forums and leave it on for one or two.Or an idea for BP is if you could set it to send one email a day or every few hours with links to all the posts in your followed forums :)
