I came across a software called REI.solutions (http://rei.solutions) whichever claims that they integrate all automation done by the commonly used patchwork of systems that are mentioned in other posts on this site.Has anyone used REI Solutions and can comment on its value?

Maybe it could be repealed and some of the good parts could be kept and integrated into the Fair Lending Act.Stephanie

Its not about the money, its about the integrity. 

It probably makes it even harder the next go round for the next invester that has integrity .

There are plenty of professionals and amateurs in every profession with varying degrees of integrity, there is just no barrier to entry into the field of wholesaling whereas becoming a real estate agent has licensing and reporting to a broker to encourage integrity.
