I've been doing quite a bit of reading and networking over the last few weeks. 

If my local network is strong, and I build a reputation of respect and kindness, that's what I'm aiming for.

Most buyers are also looking at houses on weekends and evenings, so you may be able to make that work too as you build up your referral network.
