Do you recommend just getting new toilets put in, because I am having the old really worn and poorly laid tile floors replaced with full LVP so they would need to be reseated anyway.

I would recommend doing lots of research on the competition in your area and see how many 1 beds vs 2 beds are listed on FF or Airbnb/VRBO. 

And if anyone in the area has any recommendations on companies that they have had success with, it would be greatly appreciated.
