I would not tell them you are concerned about the dogs and instead just inform them you approved another tenant or find a problem in their credit report or landlord check to deny them with.

I have flipped one home in Atlanta, GA and now I have bought and rehab one here in Newport News, VA near the Ship yard area. after listening to the podcast and hearing about BRRRR I am not sure if I should sell this property and move on to the next or rent and move on.
