And it usually shows in my notes, they tend to be a mess, but when I am able to focus and understand the information because of the way it is presented, I go into my "Focused Doodle" mode.... what can I say..... they say you can tell alot about a person by their Doodles right?.....

Account Closedjust my 2 cents:Her message reminds me of an actual story (not in Canada or the USA) where someone was killed by a hit man, because they did not want to sell their house to the potential buyer.It sounds like this lady has unresolved fear (due to a traumatic experience) and she is in fight or flight mode.

Then it's a matter of contract, meeting at escrow to open and notarizing the memorandum and a 10 day close.The key is a fail safe maximum purchase price.I'm certain I let a lot of opportunity go by not negotiating however this model is so friggin simple and easy as well as plentiful I am not seeing a reason to do more.
