It took me several months working around all the nooks & crannies of a pre 1960's building & there were numerous visits & inspections.

Notice was posted on the door, numerous phone calls and text messages.

Tenants for the places it sounds like you want to build are going to be less numerous as well.

I have a couple of them....both know the lay of the land....they work with OOS Investors all the time and they both own numerous rental units in Cleveland.

I have been listening to the BP Podcast for awhile and just hit episode 27.I didn't want to miss info or base a decision on something that is now outdated.Should I keep listening numerically, start at the end and listen backwards since so far the order hasn't seemed to matter, or some other order?
