They parlayed that into their dream house on the lake, and had enough to also buy a fixer upper on the lake that is now an air B&B.  

I am new realstate investor(can't call my self an investor) looking for some advice how to get more mortgage loans to make my dream come thru.

Get going on my dream / finding a home for my family and i in the meantime How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I'm hoping to have 30 or so within the next 5 years ( likely a farfecthed goal but hey, dream big right?

If we could purchase a multifamily property with a few rental properties as well as flip properies as a couple applying our experience we acquired over the years that would be our dream. 

It's sad to see anyones dreams being crushed based on things not unfolding the way they envisioned.

I work a W2 job and my dream/goal is to be able to transition out of this job soon and pursue RE investing on a more full time basis.The cashflow dynamics on our existing properties leave a lot to be desired.

The thing is, damn near everyone talks about all these pie in the sky dreams of what they truly intend to do in real estate on that initial call.
