I don't really have the experience to flesh it out fully so I'd appreciate any comments and suggestions to it.1) get construction job & hopefully a mentor (for experience and to earn about $5000 dollars)2) get FHA loan and buy distressed 4 unit property3) Live in one unit and rent the others out while keeping my day job.

It will include who pays what, including real estate commissions, in accordance to state law.These critical agreements should be constructed by a real estate attorney in the state where the property is located.State laws rule and vary.

But, also, I disagree with the job makers - after all rehabbers employ construction crews, buy and hold employ management, landscapers, maintenance, MF investors employ all kinds, and note buyers often employ servicers!
