You know when a coach builds a program out of no where into a winner that has never been successful and then it's time for that coach to retire and the fan base and media asks "can anyone else win there?"

Hi Katie,If you are brand new to hospitality then it's a good idea to get a mentor or coach or offer to work for someone experienced in this area first.

Years ago I was scammed into hiring a "COACH" for free. 

Their interface is super easy and it even gives you a score based on your occupancy and helps coach you through setting your base and minimum prices to maximize your revenue. 

Perhaps you can bring one on for a small amount of equity on your deal also as a "side coach".  

first class to me is a perk they should have you cant be the manager of multi million dollar deals and fly coach in my mind. 

Coaching or not, it all comes down to execution. 

Those willing to work extremely hard, take the training material seriously, and listen to coaches and mentors have no trouble doing at least self-sustaining business as a Realtor within the first year.
