In my market and markets around me you can get a high quality rental for 150-300k.Rentals aren't feasible for everyone especially if you're in a market that's super expensive and not a seasoned real estate investor this is what leads people to invest out of state passively.

I'm sure you heard this a lot, but it is true.Interest could either be "portfolio income" or "ordinary business income."

Nice city to live in, although virtually no businesses right now.  

I am saying be cautious and do your due diligence concerning any company you do business with. 

I really don't trust the people on the phone to be correct so I switched.

Keep in mind homes in parks are more difficult for people to get financing on. 

If you have strong income and a busy job, you want to be careful not to bite off more than you can chew.
