What part of NJ is this in? I

Another of the areas in real estate that I am interested in is photography, over the years I have been able to photograph hundreds of houses and offer that service to agents in the Austin, TX area.  

That being said it is a great business to be in I think.  

The neighborhood this house is in is only 10% rental units so the large majority of the houses have never been rented.

It's a shabby duplex in downtown Las Vegas and not worth me investing any money in. I

If anyone can give me any type of direction or advice on a possible solution to this nightmare I am in, I would greatly appreciate it.
