Although it's just a guess, the bank doesn't want to entertain offers with the buyer think they can renegotiate after under contract by showing the seller all the things wrong with the property.

My Client would definitely be interested on moving forward to the point of increasing his Offer.HOWEVER, again, it was told to me that there would be no Offers entertained if it included a Finance Contingency.For those who don't really know the NYC Market, I cannot say that "No Finance Contingency" is UNCOMMON because it happens often enough.Any advice, especially from NYC Brokers/Agents would be appreciated.
