I know what my personal goals are, they are similar to yours, I know the numbers are my weakness and also THE most important part so I'm taking them on head on and this was the first step.

There are still some great properties if you head more north toward Maple St.

One thing about the flow...the first page seems to be geared towards current apartment owners that might be in over their head. 

Are you headed that way to look at investment properties?

I guess I'm just hard headed but, whatever.

Weather that be water efficient shower heads, tank-less water heaters, etc...? 

Your reputation will build independently online and people will want to work with you no matter what named company you associate with.   

But I know some of them have high association fees and I am concerned that association fees make them hard to resell.Thank you for suggestions.

@Jacob Price I see what you mean, that is a pretty good ROI for nearly no maintenance I was just comparing it in my head to if I put I home on it and the lower rent didn’t seem as appealing.And as far as access it is actually the corner lot on Coyote Trail and Fawnridge drive if you reference the area.
