I would check plan to attend a couple and see which one you like, but I can tell you from personal experience that the one Account Closed mentioned with the Real Estate and Business Network is quite an evening.I started attending and I met some inspiringly driven people and solidly connected with them.

(the profit here is driven by two variables... 1. the difference between the HUD asking price and the accepted bid amount after counterbids....2. the fact that when HUD owns it, you MUST be an authorized Brokerage to bid and in Florida that is a very small group, so when relisting, all the other Realtors can then bid because HUD no longer owns it.The other is much broader... we are also investors and can rehab...
