I am glad I spent the money to upgrade as it is definitely worth while.  

Environmental issues, continued viability of the quick change business at that location, special use property improvements do not readily adapt to an alternate use, lack of credit quality of tenantNow this is not to say that this is not a worth while investment, just that these are issues to consider

So many factors and some are much more subjective than others and others are more sensitive that others so hard to nail down a formula that is applicable and worthwhile. 

It's just hard to figure out in the REI environment which programs are truly worthwhile and which ones are just some guru regurgitating a bunch of junk.

I would like to build in incentives to make this worthwhile for the reasons stated above.

The ability to watch them on my own schedule (after the live version has run) is a worthwhile benefit of being a PRO member.
