Flip property in Dallas area (DFW)

Hi everyone.

I am currently visiting Dallas from florida and am looking for properties to flip. I am going on a showing today for the only one I have found so far. I would like to look at more to get a feel of the area.

Also if there are areas you would recommend to flip in or stay away from , I would appreciate it.

Thanks for all the response in advance

You actually found one that was worth looking at?  Consider that a good day in the insanity that is the current DFW market.
