Create a tenant "avatar" and work backwards: When I was in college my brother went to a wedding and saw a photo booth there: the attendants were sitting down making easy money :) We decided to go into business together (with my brother) and have a photo booth business.

Residential, commercial, ag, wedding venues. 

I like to just snap a quick photo from an iPhone and email the image of the reciept to a gmail account that I use soley for receipts.

He is a billionaire with a not so great image.

I am doing inspection this Wed before P&s.I am pretty much on my own in this business.

I require those interested to send me a legible image of their photo ID as well as make/model and tag number of the vehicle they'll be driving.

YI don't care what people think of me, I do not care about "an image" online, I care about reaching my goals.

@Cole Black my assumption is that it’s like a car dealershipYeah they sell cars but they also make money on the financing and servicesI’m sure golf courses make money on the pro shop, the restaurants, the range and convention area/facilities.My best friend had his wedding on a beautiful golf course.
