I just found out via our tenants that the PMC only returned $800 out of their $2300 deposit which has them understandably upset.

i was getting upset. 

I thought all I would have to worry about it the tenants being upset about the move lol.

I haven't had many problems in terms of damages, you have to accept that it's going to happen and don't get too upset when it does. 

Hypothetical question for all you stiffers out there: I am licensed and insured and if I did this work and left, then got an upset call from you, came back and this was the scenario.. how do I know you're not a scammer and moved your appliances into the locked garage in the back and want new ones off my insurance for your unit next door?

Do you get the feeling they are upset the building was sold and will be mad about rent increases, or maybe they know they have had cheap rent and will be ok with some increase? 

"I know you're upset, but my building isn't going anywhere. 

I said I am not kicking them out, I am not going to continue to replace brand new appliances less than a year old.They are upset.

I would be attending seminars, workshop or networking events and she would upset that I not spending time with her. 

They aren't upset but I feel like I need to offer something.
