I plan to keep any money in the property and add more from my W2 to build up a solid reserves fund, then hoping as the property stabilizes I can contribute more from the property cash flow to further sustain this reserves account!

The parks they lived in were eye-sores even in the 70s and have long since been torn down.I would love to see a solution to creating affordable parks, but only if it came with heavy regulation to ensure sustainability.

- Like most others on this platform, we're looking to build a long-term, sustainable business that minimizes day-to-day headaches... we're willing to invest upfront / be proactive to structure things "correctly" and avoid challenges in the future (e.g. trying to separate personal vs. business receipts and figuring out which goes where)Sorry for the long post but hopefully this can spark a productive discussion for everyone involved.
